Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Methods:
All items are dispatched from various warehouses across the United States. However, please note that some items shipped directly from the manufacturer and/or oversized items may take longer to receive.
We utilize FedEx, USPS, UPS, and other premium carriers to ensure expedited service. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 days, with delivery expected within 3-10 business days.
International Shipping
We currently only deliver to the United States (EXCLUDING Alaska and Hawaii,Puerto Rico).
We also do not ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time.
Tracking Your Order:
Upon shipment, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number, items shipped, shipping address, and tracking information. You can track your order via the carrier's website or by logging into your account at Shopperbeats.com.
Tracking Information Availability:
Tracking events typically appear within 48-72 hours after receiving the tracking number/ID. If tracking information is not immediately available, please allow 2-5 days for updates.
Changing Shipping Address:
Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. However, if the order has not yet shipped, you may request changes via email.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
In the event of an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately to rectify the issue. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes or send additional packages without fees.
Order Delays:
Orders may be delayed due to various factors including incorrect information provided, carrier issues, or credit card approval problems. To minimize delays, ensure accurate and correct information during checkout.
Multiple Product Orders:
Efforts are made to ship orders in their entirety; however, some may require multiple packages. Separate email notifications will be sent for each shipment.
Hazardous Materials:
Due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, hazardous materials such as aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., perfumes, deodorants, shaving cream, hairspray, nail polish, nail polish removers, and pressurized spray cans) cannot be shipped via air. To ensure the safe delivery of these items, we exclusively offer ground delivery. Regrettably, expedited services like 2-day or express overnight shipping are unavailable for such products. Rest assured, we prioritize delivering your purchases swiftly and responsibly.
