Return & Refunds
Please contact our customer service team immediately if:
Product Issues:-
- If you have any issues with the item, please provide us the proof for any broken or faulty photos or videos.
- We may replace/send parts or offer compensation for faults with the item or get it returned if necessary.
- All returns must be authorized or approved by our team before any package is shipped back to us and please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address
Damaged During transit: -
- Please contact us within 2 business days after you received damaged items and provide us broken photos and video of the box/ bag and items picture. Any claim made after 2 business days may not be accepted for courier review due to the lapse of time.
For change of mind: -
- When you change your mind, we accept return the item in selling condition (For certain product only). If you order by mistake and open the package, it won't cover by our return policy.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping cost + 20% restocking fee to cover the cost of the initial shipment to you.
Excluded items from return/Change of mind:
- Change of mind returns are not accepted for intimates, which includes underwear, hosiery, socks, swimwear and earrings, some health and beauty products, bedding, Headphone to hygienic reasons. Remedies for defective goods are still available. Under no circumstances can change of mind returns for digital access codes or downloadable software be accepted.
